Reflex Magnetics Targets European Channel Expansion

Reflex Magnetics, a leading provider of removable media IT security solutions for organisations worldwide, today announced it is opening an office in Luxembourg in order to expand further into European markets.
Reflex Magnetics aims to reach out further into the European IT security market and is looking to do this by teaming up with a number of specialist local channel partners in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Nordics and the Benelux countries. Reflex Magnetics has recruited Bruno Van Branden as European Channel manager in order to lead this operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Reflex Magnetics. With continual growth in the UK and a huge upsurge in demand worldwide for intuitive removable media security software, this is the perfect time for us to make real inroads into the European markets, said Andy Campbell, Managing Director, Reflex Magnetics. In order for us to be taken seriously on the Continent we need to have an in depth knowledge of the local markets and, in Bruno Van Branden, we have gained over 10 years worth of European channel experience.
Reflex has already established itself with several European channel partners in the last 3 months including Bewits in France, Uniskill in Belgium, B2B Secure in the Netherlands, Absec in the Nordics, Compass covering Germany, Switzerland and Austria and Dotforce operating in Italy and Spain. Reflex aims to expand both the number of countries it operates in and the number of resellers it partners with in each country. In terms of expansion, we are looking to better our performance of 2005/2006 which brought 100% sales growth in Europe, said Campbell.
Bruno Van Branden has over a decades worth of experience as a network and system management consultant. As a Microsoft Certified Professional and a CA Unicenter Certified Engineer, he specialises in Windows NT, 2000 and XP. Most recently he has enjoyed great success as a European channel sales consultant within the end point security market. Last year alone he was responsible for 3 million of sales via the Channel. Reflex Magnetics regards the recruitment of Van Branden and the development of its European headquarters in Luxembourg as an integral part of an aggressive sales and channel strategy on the Continent.
