A free service to keep clients up to date without needing to constantly check if new versions have been released
The service uses emails to provide fast delivery of patches/upgrades/virus definition files and urgent technical briefings. This channel WILL NOT be used to send any promotional materials. What you will receive is:
- Free incremental upgrades to any programs you have purchased
- Free security alerts regarding Reflex products and new threats
- Sherlock, RMI and NVC virus library updates
- Free bug fixes
If you are not already enrolled in the Active Upgrade Program simply fill in the form below or email and tell them you would like to join. Program patches and upgrades to other Reflex programs will also be made available on this site and via the Forum for those clients who prefer this option.
This service is supplied free of charge by Reflex to it's clients to enable the swift delivery of software patches and virus signature updates via e-mail. The service will not be used for marketing purposes and the information provided by you to enable us to deliver this service will not be passed onto any third party.
